What happens if we let go of the boxes we put around music? If we forget about genres, categories and titles. If we dissolve these static frames. Because music is anything but static. It flows. Organically and unbound. Unexpected. It calls for a space where different things can move freely side by side. A limitless space. Unrestrained by time. Where everything feels unique, yet unified. It’s in this eclectic space where we’ll meet. Play. Where we'll allow a creative energy to set us in motion. Where streaming melodies will carry us. Open us up. Connecting us with everything around us. Everything within us. The only thing you have to do is let go. And venture into this ultimate ensemble. The visual identity for Ferry Corsten’s new album Connect.
The visual language is an immersive, generative A/V experience applied across various media—stills and motion. From album and single covers to Spotify visualizers, shirts, and live stage visuals, it creates a cohesive world where Ferry Corsten connects even more deeply with his audience.
The typeface Acid Grotesk plays a supporting role; it feels authoritative while adding subtle organic accents that harmonize with the visual language.
Experimentation is at the core of every creative process, and this close collaboration with Ferry emphasized it even more, with the entire studio contributing to the project.
TouchDesigner was chosen for its generative and interactive capabilities, allowing visuals to react dynamically to inputs like video, 3D objects, typography, shapes, or sound—connecting music, visuals, and audience in real-time.
The new album ‘Connect’ by Ferry Corsten expands beyond his previous oeuvre, introducing a new musical and matching visual vocabulary.
